Werder Bremen sets new standards

Werder Bremen's IT infrastructure is now one of the most modern and efficient in Europe. The BTD Group were proudly responsible for the design, implementation, and the centralized project management oft he stadiums upgrade. A total of 14 new systems have been developed within 2 years and the processes optimally matched to the clubs ambitions. Each interface and each system in the stadium is now optimized to fan service and geared to increase sales and efficiency. The implemented IT concept is now a mainstay of the business-oriented success of the club and the renovated stadium provides a solid and flexible foundation for future enhancements.

The Allianz Arena and the FIFA World Cup 2006

The Allianz Arena's owners delegated the Arena's IT-Design & Development right from the beginning to BTD as the responsible overall project managers.

BTD has been in charge for Consulting and Project Management during the building phase and has run the whole IT-Operation since then, including the FIFA World Cup 2006.

Russian Bid Book - FIFA WM 2018

We are proud being hired by the Russian Football Union to assist in creating the winning Bid Book for Russia´s bid for the FIFA World Cup 2018/2022 TM.

BTD created all technological descriptions of IT based services of the prospective Russian World Cup Stadiums. The objective of RFU was to proof their ability to host such an outstanding event in respect of smooth and high efficient operating Stadium information technology. Nevertheless these Stadium IT based services will also be designed to be of high value for legacy usability and flexible and scalable for future extensions.

Sela Sport - Saudi Arabia Football Association

SELA SPORT who is acting on behalf of the Saudi Arabian Professional League, have chosen BTD International Consulting, to advise and support in implementing several state-of-the-art features in their top football league and the main Stadiums in Saudi Arabia.

BTD were selected because of their excellent track record of uncovering profit enhancing business solutions and their extensive knowledge in the sporting field. BTD aimed to create a detailed concept which would not only modernize the league and offer centralized features, but to also improve the overall security and management for decades to come. The focus is primarily on implementing a new access control system, a ticketing & accreditation solution, POS system and a CRM system which allowed the monitoring and management of events more successfully in the future.

Multi-functional Papp László Budapest Sport Arena

The Papp László Budapest Sport Arena aimed to develop a cashless payment system, integrated with their existing access and loyalty program in their multi-functional arena.

BTD thoroughly analyzed several options for them, investigated and made recommendations on suitable suppliers. The new Shakhtar football stadium for the EURO 2012 - Ukraine

Shakhtar football club aimed to expand as well as implementing a modernized IT-infrastructure in their stadium.

Cisco Systems International BV contracted BTD as co-consultants in order to bring our technical expertise and vast experiences into the project.

BTD created the service strategy and roadmap for all the planned IT-matters in the stadium and developed the service concept while cooperating with Cisco to provide a High Level network Design (HLD) for a centralized IP infrastructure.
